The environment variables defined in the env field are not used by the docker command.

Pull Request Overview

This PR updates the VS Code IDE examples in the README to pass environment variables directly via Docker’s -e flag instead of using a separate env block.

  • Replaces separate env field with inline -e flags for GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN (and GITHUB_HOST in the last example).
  • Cleans up JSON array formatting for the Docker run commands across all VS Code snippets.
