This reverts commit 3d654bf.

Needed for node

Moves config from patches to our main.star config

https://github.com/electron/electron/blob/4c460df0a4edd91df2429384d1d5e97bfc262dff/script/node/generate_original_fs.py#L19 copies files from NODE_ROOT_DIR to gen/third_party/electron_node/js2c_inputs dir but this target already does that:
