After 25 years of marriage, actor Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin are divorcing.
Last Friday, Flavin, 54, submitted a petition to a court in Palm Beach County, Florida, where the pair has a residence, asking for “dissolution of marriage and other relief” from the “Rambo” actor.
She has petitioned to have her last name Flavin restored and wants exclusive possession of their Florida home. She also demands a larger portion of their assets, claiming the actor willfully wasted funds that should have been made available to her.
The 76-year-old Sylvester Stallone has not yet submitted a response to the divorce suit.
After dating for a while in the late 1980s and early 1990s, he wed Flavin, a businesswoman and ex-model, in London in 1997.
The three girls they have are Scarlet (20), Sistine (24), and Sophia (25). There are no custody disputes because the daughters are all adults.
Sylvester Stallone wed a third time; he was previously wed to Brigitte Nielsen, his “Rocky IV” co-star, from 1985 to 1987. First marriage for Jennifer Stallone.
Seargeoh, a son from Stallone’s first marriage to Sasha Czack, is also his child. Sage, his oldest child with Czack, passed away in 2012.
