one of the world’s most populist cultures, but when you get to the point where you have to do, where you have to do it, where you have to do it, and where you have to do it.

Lanez, a 30-year-old Canadian rapper, has pleaded not guilty to charges of firing a firearm with gross negligence, assault with a semiautomatic pistol, and transporting a loaded, unlicensed firearm in a vehicle.

Megan appeared in court wearing a purple outfit.

“I simply don’t feel good,” she replied at the start of deputy district attorney Kathy Ta’s questioning. “I can’t believe I’m supposed to come in here and do this.”

In her testimony to the court, she stated that she left Jenner’s party in a car with Lanez, his security, and a friend.

Jurors heard that she and Lanez had become close and had an occasional sexual interaction.

According to the court, Megan’s companion, who had a “crush” on Lanez, tried to cause a disturbance in the car.

The rapper said that the dispute became heated and that she and Lanez began making disparaging remarks about one other’s songs and careers.

“I feel like that really irritated him,” she explained. “He kept swearing and shouting.”

Megan claimed to be wearing a bikini, yet she stepped out of the car and attempted to walk away.

According to sources, this is when Lanez leaned out and opened fire, injuring the back of her foot.

She testified that he said, “Dance, b*tch!” at one point. “I glanced down at my feet and saw all of the blood,” she explained.

“Everyone is now yelling. He appeared stunned.”

During the trial’s opening comments, Lanez’s attorney, George Mgdesyan, stated that Megan’s injuries demonstrated that she could not have had a good view of whoever fired the pistol and that he would present further evidence that contradicted her claim during the trial.

Lanez could face more than 22 years in jail if convicted on all counts. He might possibly be deported to his home country of Canada.

Lanez’s career began in 2009, and he has since had a successful run of mixtapes and major-label songs, with his past two albums hitting the top 10 on the Billboard charts in the United States.

At the time of the alleged occurrence, Megan Thee Stallion was a rising talent. In 2021, she received a Grammy for best new artist and had Billboard Hot 100 number one songs with her own song Savage starring Beyonce and as a guest on Cardi B’s WAP, which included Jenner in the video.

The trial is still ongoing.
