Ghanaian hiplife musician Kaakyire Kwame Fosu, better known by his stage name KK Fosu, has stated that he plans to enter politics after finishing his music career.
During a radio interview with Andy Dosty, the musician expressed an interest in entering politics after retiring from music.
According to KK, he has been considering becoming a parliamentarian in the near future for several years.
After inspiring Ghanaians with his music over the years, Mr Fosu believes he has a chance to take his passion for Ghana to the next level by becoming a parliamentarian after music.
When he becomes a parliamentarian, he plans to critically examine agriculture, as well as speak out for the voiceless and poor in society.
Following my musical career, I hope to serve in the legislature.
I wouldn’t want to be on stage at the age of 60.
I must speak up for the poor.
”I want to assist my country. My political aspirations began three years ago, and I believe my constituents will vote for me.
Why wouldn’t they vote for me now that I’m thinking about them? I’m dying to go to parliament. I’m not taking part”. According to KK Fosu.
