The divorce deal comes about a year after Kardashian initially filed for divorce, eight years after the couple wed at a Renaissance fort in Florence, Italy, in 2014.
According to court documents submitted in Los Angeles, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have settled their divorce.
The four kids, who range in age from three to nine, who were raised by the former couple will share custody.
West, who has officially changed his name to Ye, will split the expense of their children’s private security, private schooling, and universities while also paying Kardashian $200,000 (£166,000) each month in child support.
Both parties will pay their own bills and neither will be responsible for the other’s spousal maintenance.
The terms, which have been agreed upon by the former couple, were requested to be approved by the judge in court documents submitted on Tuesday.
Kardashian and West, both 42, had a prenuptial agreement and had mainly kept their possessions separate.
In a Renaissance fort in Florence, Italy, the pair tied the knot eight years ago in 2014. Nearly a year ago, Kardashian announced her divorce.
At her request, a judge declared them legally single in March of this year.
They appeared to be amicably parting ways, but West has now taken to social media to rip at the reality TV star, her family, and her nine-month boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
The 45-year-old artist claimed he was denied the right to make significant parenting decisions and was not allowed to participate in milestone events for his kids, such as birthday celebrations.
Kardashian referred to his criticism as “hurtful,” and she charged that he made co-parenting “difficult at every turn.”
A judge denied West’s request to interrogate any new husband of Kardashian under oath. Since filing for divorce, West has dismissed two attorneys.
As a result of West’s harsh and antisemitic remarks in recent months, several businesses severed their connections with him.
After being dropped by Adidas, the rapper was removed from the Forbes list of billionaires.
According to the magazine, his lucrative contract with the corporation contributed $1.5 billion (£1.3 billion) of his net worth.
It stated, “With it gone, Ye is no longer a billionaire.”
Last week, West also declared his intention to run for president of the United States in 2024 and requested for Donald Trump to serve as his running mate.
West ran for office in 2020 as well, but he was only able to get on a few states’ presidential ballots because of a combination of missed deadlines and insufficient signatures.
