Oh, it's just Tiffani Thiessen on the red carpet Monday night at the NBC 2013 Fall Launch Party, hosted by Vanity Fair at the Standard Hotel. The 39-year-old actress stunned in an outfit even Kelly Kapowski would've approved of: a skintight black-and-red number and strappy heels.
