Katie Austin is a certified fitness trainer, health coach, author, blogger, entrepreneur and host. She learned to love and maintain a lifestyle full of health, wellness and activity from her mother, fitness icon Denise Austin.

The former Division I lacrosse player at USC has grown her brand to almost 2 million followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and her website, katieaustin.tv. She also runs the Katie Austin App, which hosts a library of hundreds of on-demand workout classes, recipes and lifestyle tips. 

A jack of all trades, Austin also has a career in TV hosting, appearing on-camera for the Super Bowl, ESPYs, the NBA Awards and Fox Sports West. 

As if her ever-growing list of accomplishments wasn’t long enough, Austin was the co-winner of the 2021 SI Swim Search and was named co–Rookie of the Year (alongside her bestie Christen Goff) in 2022. She’s returned to the magazine every year since—and she’s not done just yet!

Austin returns to the fold for the 2025 issue with a shoot from Bermuda with Ben Watts.
