Current Behavior

In Bar Chart, when you toggle ON the "Race" property, the bar chart adjust to the "Race" property. If you then, toggle OFF, it resets to original. But, after that, if you toggle ON the "Race" property again, it doesn't changes the view/values.

Expected Behavior

Bar Chart should correctly react to the "Race" property Toggle ON/OFF feature.

Steps to reproduce
