Current behavior

URL validation rejects valid URLs such as rsync://master.pgxn.org/pgxn/. Perhaps it's limited to http/https URLs? There are a lot more schemes supported by the standard tho.

Expected behavior

rsync://master.pgxn.org/pgxn/ should be considered valid.
