In the blame view, revisions are excluded only if the commit introduced new lines. If the commit was the last to modify a line, it will still appear in blame.

I believe this description is kind of reversed! Revisions are only excluded if the commit modified lines; if the commit introduced a new line it will still appear in blame, I believe?
