What would you like to be added?

There is an option to exclude integrated tools with excludeTools, I would be great to have similar option for MCP config.

Why is this needed?

With rising of security concerns with MCP it would be beneficial to prevent usage of potentially risky tools. Not every MCP allows to limit scope (e.g. Atlassian remote MCP) .
