Blakk Rasta has received a responds from fast-rising Ghanaian musician Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, better known as Black Sherif, on his remark about him being a “one-way artist.”
In an interview with Citi TV, the ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ hitmaker reflected on his journey from SHS to the limelight.
Black Sherif stated that his success was the result of his hard work, not luck, as claimed by Blakk Rasta.
“The man did not simply pull up and turn on the music.
We’ve been on the road for quite some time.
We began when no one was present.
I will not believe his words.
He is only speaking about what he has witnessed.

”I don’t believe that luck has brought me this far.
There is grace and luck, but you should never underestimate someone’s hard work.
“I am not offended in the least,” Black Sherif responded.
This comes after Blakk Rasta’s statement in an interview that Black Sherif is most likely a one-hit wonder.
He went on to say that Black Sherif’s rise to fame was purely coincidental and that he should focus on not releasing similar songs in the future.
