Ahmed Abubakar, a Ghanaian reggae singer and broadcaster known as Blakk Rasta, has been ordained as a pastor after graduating from Breakthrough Family Chapel Bible School.
The broadcaster reportedly said in a report seen on Ghana Weekend: “It’s true. Last Friday, I graduated from Bible School and was installed as a Minister of God at Breakthrough Family Ministries International.
Over the years, Blakk Rasta has been extremely critical of most religions, including Christianity. He also made the claim that the Bible’s text had been altered on occasion because the original manuscripts had been lost in the past.
Black Rasta was brought up in an Islamic family but later converted to Rastafarianism.
Later, he admitted to being a Christian and signed up for a Bible school.
Years after losing his first marriage, the contentious reggae host recently wed a new wife.
