Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has called Abeiku Santana a hypocrite and Shatta Wale fan fooler.
The entertainment commentator was responding to Abeiku Santana’s claim that the media has refused to cover Shatta Wale’s songs.
During his drive-time radio show on Okay FM, Abeiku stated, “Shatta Wale has released a song but DJs are not playing it, entertainment pundits are not discussing it.” When he goes off the rails, you talk about it on your shows.”
While making a submission on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review today, 7th July 2022, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo said he was appalled by Abeiku Santana’s remarks.
“On this point, Santana is wrong. You work in the music industry; how many DJs did not play ‘On God’ when it was released? They’re still playing. How many pundits did not comment on that song? “The song hadn’t blown up when I made my post,” Arnold explained.
He went on to say that Abeiku Santana’s comments on the subject are “weak and wobbly,” and that the radio host is hypocritical and shatta wale fan fool who can’t call him to order.
“He acted as a big fan fooler for Shatta Wale,” Arnold explained. “What has this same Shatta Wale’s perception, commentary about pundits and DJs been over the years?” His most recent remark was that pundits have nothing better to do. He doesn’t even recognise that domain, and he has no regard for what we do. So, where was Santana all these years, debasing pundits?
“You said nothing, but today you’re here making noise, fan fooling yourself.” “It’s noise, and he’s a big hypocrite on this score,” Arnold emphasised.
He came to the conclusion that “now it’s all about the numbers.” If your focus is on numbers, you will still gravitate toward the subject matter that will give you the impressions. If it’s not just for numbers, it’s illogical. He’s just a fanboy. “What he said is meaningless.”
